Required products :

  • mushrooms - 6 pieces
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons with a tip
  • Parmesan cheese - 1-2 tablespoons (can be without it)
  • shallots - 1 head
  • goat cheese - 2 tbsp
  • 1 green pepper
  • salt if necessary
  • olive oil

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut the stems of the mushrooms and chop finely. Fry the onion lightly in oil, add the mushrooms, chopped pepper, stew a little more, remove from the heat and leave to cool. In a bowl, pour the breadcrumbs and other ingredients and mix well. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and bake them in the oven in a pan greased with oil or on baking paper in it, sprayed with oil for 20-25 minutes. It can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer. If you add some meat, garlic and parsley when frying onions, you get an excellent main dish.
