Method of preparation :
Turn the fungus into "bowls" by removing their feet and what is needed from the inside.
Finely chop these pieces.
Fry the pine nuts and chopped onions.
Cut the arugula into small pieces.
Mix the nuts and onions with the green leaves, the mushroom pieces, add the crushed garlic and add salt.
Fill the mushroom caps with this combination and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes in the oven until the coating is melted and reddened.
