How To Cook Stuffed Mushrooms With Cottage Cheese, Sesame And Garlic With Yellow Cheese Coating - Recipe

Required products :

  • 9-10 fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 100 grams of cottage cheese
  • 80 grams of yellow cheese
  • tablespoon oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the mushrooms, cut off their "legs".
Make the filling by mixing the finely chopped mushroom legs with the curd and crushed garlic.
Bake the sesame seeds in a dry pan until it turns red and releases the butter. Add it to the curd and mushrooms, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, mix everything thoroughly.

 

Fill the prepared mushrooms with this aromatic combination and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese (you can lightly press the layer).


Arrange them in an oiled pan and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
