Heat a frying pan and bake the bacon. Drain it and break it into pieces. Saute sliced fresh onion and garlic in the fat separated from it.
Drain them, put them in a bowl, add the cream cheese, bacon, chopped parsley and stir.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture, arrange them in a sheet lined with parchment.
Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy.
