Required products :

  • 2 large mushrooms, flat
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheese
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Remove the mushroom stumps and wash them well.
  • Distribute the tomato sauce in the nests.
  • Beat one egg in each sponge.
  • Sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of cream, trying to cover them completely.
  • Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Take them out, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake again for 5 minutes. Do not over-bake, as the eggs will continue to cook outside the oven.
