Required products :

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • 60 grams of feta
  • 10 large fresh mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon soaked mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • fresh parsley to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the mushrooms, cut off the legs. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the mushroom caps.

 

Finely chop the chicken fillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the meat for 5 minutes on medium heat.

 

Cut the legs of the mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the fillet and leave on the stove for 5 minutes, stirring periodically.

 

Mix the flour with the cream, reduce the heat and pour the mixture into the pan.

 

Season with salt and spices, stir. Stew everything for 8 - 10 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

 

During this time, preheat the oven. Grate the feta cheese and mix it with the chicken and mushrooms. Add finely chopped parsley and stir.

 

Spread the filling evenly over each of the mushrooms using 2 tbsp.

 

Sprinkle with grated mozzarella on top and bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Wait for it to cool and serve.
