How To Cook Stuffed Mushrooms With Garlic, Green Spices And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of large mushrooms
  • 1 head of garlic, peeled
  • 2 sprigs of fresh oregano
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh basil
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped savory
  • 20 grams of melted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese


Method of preparation:

Peel the mushrooms with a knife and arrange them in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment.

 

Squeeze the garlic cloves with a press and put them in a bowl. Add finely chopped parsley, basil and oregano. Stir the mixture and fill the mushrooms.

 

Sprinkle with savory and melted butter. Season with salt, pepper and yellow cheese. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the appetizer for 30-35 minutes. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve.
