How To Cook Stuffed Mushrooms With Ham, Onion And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 15 large mushrooms
  • 200 grams of ham
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 onion
  • spices

 

Method of preparation :

Wash, clean and dry the mushrooms. Cut off their legs and use a teaspoon to carve the inside of their hats.

Cut the mushroom legs and onion into small cubes and fry in a little oil until golden. Season to taste.

Cut the ham into long straws, add to the pan with the other products, stir and let the stuffing cook for 5 minutes.

Then remove from the heat, wait for it to cool a bit and mix with half of the cheese.

Fill the mushroom caps, sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese, arrange them in a pan on a sheet of greased parchment and place in a preheated oven to 190 degrees.

In 15-20 minutes the appetizer will be ready.
