Method of preparation :
In a hot pan, bake the mushrooms with the lids down for 5 minutes, then turn for another 5. Transfer to paper to drain and cool.
Put 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, parsley, coriander, parmesan, orange peel and juice in a blender. Add salt and pepper, garlic and olive oil and grind.
Fill the mushrooms with the pesto obtained, and put a few pumpkin seeds on top.
