Boil the potatoes until ready and grate them on a fine grater. Grate the yellow cheese, mash the garlic with a press, chop the green spices finely.
Mix the potatoes with the yellow cheese, add the garlic and parsley / dill. Season the combination with salt and pepper, add the mayonnaise.
Cut off the legs of the mushrooms, leaving only their caps. Fill them with the resulting filling, arrange in a pan and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
