How To Cook Stuffed Mushrooms With Shrimp, Garlic And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup cold pressed olive oil
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 3 large garlic cloves, pressed
  • 170 grams of stewed shrimp, finely chopped
  • 2/3 tea cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 1/4 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 9-10 mushrooms with a diameter of about 5-6 centimeters

Method of preparation :

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onion, basil and rosemary. Stir and cook for 7-8 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, cheese and mayonnaise. Stir well.
  • Peel the mushrooms and carefully scoop out the gills with a spoon.
  • Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper and distribute the filling. Press it lightly with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve the stuffed mushrooms warm and enjoy them.
