Wash, dry and clean the mushrooms from their stumps.
Glaze them with melted butter and arrange in a greased pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a pan, heat the fat and saute the chopped fresh onions and spinach. Stew for 5-10 minutes and cool. Combine the mixture with both types of cheese and stir. Fill the mushrooms with the stuffing, sprinkle with melted butter.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve the dish warm, garnished with fresh spices of your choice.
