Add salt to the mushrooms and clean them. Dry and arrange them in a pan greased with olive oil. Heat fat in a pan, chop the spinach and onion and fry them.
Season with mint, salt, pepper and add the cream cheese. Stir and fill the mushrooms with the resulting mixture. Beat one egg in each, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and pour half a teaspoon of water into the pan.
Bake for 20 minutes, cool and arrange on a plate. Serve the mushrooms warm and enjoy their taste.
