How To Cook Stuffed Mushrooms With Vegetables And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed mushrooms with vegetables and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 10-12 medium or large mushrooms (you can use other mushrooms)
  • 1 tomato
  • 2-3 green peppers (hot or for salad)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 5-6 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly under running water. Separate the legs from the hats. Carve part of the inside of the hats (use a teaspoon) to get more free space to fill.

Grate the legs, tomatoes, peppers, parsley, chop finely and mix everything. Season with olive oil, black pepper and salt.

Arrange the mushrooms in a pan, fill them with the prepared mixture and put in the oven (preheated to 200 degrees) for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
