Learn how to cook "Stuffed onions with vegetables and mushrooms in bacon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
10 medium onions
3 sweet yellow peppers
500 grams mushrooms
1-2 zucchini
10 pieces of bacon, sufficient in size to wrap the onion
parsley or other green spices of your choice and to taste
vegetable frying oil
salt to taste
1 cucumber to arrange the finished dish
Preparation :
Pour enough water into a suitable saucepan, place on the stove and when it boils put the whole peeled onions. Blanch for 2-3 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon. Dry and carefully remove the inner layers, leaving 3-4 of the final ones.
Cut the core into small pieces and fry in hot oil.
Finely chop the mushrooms, zucchini and peppers as well.
Fry them sequentially in the same pan.
Then mix and add the chopped parsley, add salt to taste.
Fill the prepared onion with the obtained vegetable combination.
Wrap the pieces of bacon, which you fasten with toothpicks.
Arrange in a pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until an appetizing crust forms.
Serve the dish, shaping it beautifully with pieces of cucumber and parsley leaves.
