Required products :
700 grams of stuffing peppers
300 grams of cheese
300 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of yellow cheese (you can use cheddar cheese, parmesan or guada, also a mixture of several types)
1 egg
1 tablespoon semolina
3 cloves garlic
salt to taste
black pepper, basil, rosemary or other spices of your choice and taste
sour cream for serving
Method of preparation :
Pass the curd through a sieve and add the crushed white brined cheese, crushed garlic cloves, a spoonful of semolina, egg and finely chopped green spices. Mix all products thoroughly, you should get a homogeneous mass.
Sweep with the peppers. Cut off the top of the tail and clean them of seeds. Wash and then scald them with boiling water to soften and dry. Then fill with the finished aromatic combination and arrange in a tray. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Serve the dish with sour cream.
