How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Bacon, Mozzarella And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 120 grams of mozzarella
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 12 olives
  • 30-35 grams of bread
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • dried oregano, basil, parsley
  • lettuce leaves
  • balsam sauce

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bread into small cubes.

 

Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with aromatic spices.

 

Then transfer to a pan and place in the oven until dry.

Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, keep the tails.

 

Cut the bacon into cubes.

Mozzarella too.

Turn the olives into circles.

 

Coat the peppers on the outside with olive oil.

Mix the pieces of bacon with the mozzarella and olives, sprinkle with basil and parsley, you can also add black pepper.

Add the crispy bread cubes and the remaining olive oil. Stir.

 

Fill the peppers with the delicious mixture and arrange them in a tray.

Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven (at 180 degrees) or until the desired readiness of the peppers.

Serve the dish with a garnish of lettuce and balsamic sauce.
