red beans (canned)

mushrooms

onion

garlic

shredded Bulgarian yellow cheese

a little mayonnaise

spices

Method of preparation:

Cut the lid of the peppers with the tails. Wash and clean the inside of the seeds. Cut the fillet into cubes, season with salt and spices and set aside for the moment. Take care of the other products: cut the onion into small cubes and stew it together with the mushrooms in their own sauce, add salt and wait until the liquid evaporates, only then add oil, chopped garlic and fry everything on low heat. After cooking the mushrooms, fry the meat. Pour the beans and its canned juice, add chopped parsley and simmer over low heat until some of the liquid has evaporated. Mix the mushrooms and fillet with the beans and fill the peppers with the mixture. Put a little mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Arrange the peppers in a pan greased with fat and place in an oven preheated to 220-260 degrees.
