How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Bread, Cheese And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 small raw stuffing peppers (preferably in different colors)
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 1 small tomato or 2-3 cherries
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 100-150 grams of black olives
  • 100-150 grams of yellow cheese
  • herbs and spices of your choice and taste
  • olive oil or vegetable oil

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the peppers, remove the stalks and seeds, cut into two pieces and arrange in a pan.

Cut the bread and tomatoes into small cubes and place in a suitable bowl.

 

Grate the garlic, cut the olives into circles and add to the other products.

 

Followed by grated cheese and pour a little olive oil or vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons).

 

Use spices of your choice and to taste. These can be oregano, basil, black pepper ... Stir and add salt if necessary.

 

Fill the peppers (with a tip) with the prepared mixture and you can press it lightly with your fingers.

 

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the filling is red and the peppers are soft, of course.

The yellow cheese will melt and the bread cubes will become crispy like croutons.
