How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Buckwheat In Vegetable Broth With Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products:

3 teaspoons boiled buckwheat

1 onion (finely chopped)

2 stalks of celery (finely chopped)

2 large carrots (grated)

8 large stuffing peppers (cleaned of seeds and tails)

4 teaspoons vegetable broth

bay leaf or rosemary

4 - 5 grains of black pepper

2 cloves garlic (chopped) - optional

salt and other spices to taste

Method of preparation:

Mix the buckwheat with the vegetables in a large bowl, season with spices and fill the peppers with this "minced meat". Arrange them vertically in a deep saucepan, pour the hot broth and place on the stove. In the broth put the bay leaf, black peppercorns, garlic. When the liquid boils, reduce the heat, close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for 30-40 minutes.
