Required products :
8 small peppers suitable for filling
500 grams of minced pork or a mixture of
170 grams of cream cheese
100 grams of yellow cheese
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chili sauce
2 cloves garlic
3 eggs
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :
Grate the yellow cheese, put it in a bowl and add the cream cheese. Season with paprika, chili sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
Wash the peppers, clean the tails with the seeds and cut into pieces.
You should get 16 small cylinders.
Fill them with a mixture of cheese and spices.
In a separate bowl put the minced meat, add 1 egg, salt, pepper and crushed garlic cloves. Knead.
Beat the other two eggs in a small bowl, in another pour the breadcrumbs.
"Dress" the peppers with minced meat, then dip in the eggs and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
Arrange in a pan whose bottom you have covered with parchment or grease with oil.
And bake the dish in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
