How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Chicken, Melted Cheese And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2-3 red and yellow peppers
  • 2 stalks of fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 300 grams of boiled and finely chopped chicken
  • 1 lime, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup boiled quinoa
  • 180 grams of finely chopped ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 80 grams of creamy melted cheese
  • olive oil, salt, black and red pepper
  • 150 milliliters of water

Wash, dry and clean the peppers from the seeds. Cut them in half and arrange in a greased pan. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry onions, chicken, quinoa and tomatoes.

Stir and season with salt, black and red pepper. Cool the filling and set aside. Fill the peppers with cream cheese, spread the filling and sprinkle with yellow cheese.

Pour 150 milliliters of water, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. Cool, arrange the peppers on a plate and garnish with chopped lime. Serve and enjoy the rich taste and aroma.
