Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove them from the seeds, keeping their stalks.
Finely chop the onion and mix it with the cottage cheese. Distribute the resulting mixture between the peppers, arrange olives and halved cherry tomatoes on top. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with black pepper.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley when serving.
