How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Couscous And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

8 peppers for stuffing
400 grams of mushrooms
150 grams of couscous
150 grams of yellow cheese
2 cloves garlic
dill, thyme, parsley to taste
4 tablespoons olive oil a
pinch of ground red pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Fill the couscous with water to cover it by 1 cm, add salt, close the container with a lid and leave for 5 minutes. Then stir, pour olive oil and let the mixture stand for another 5 minutes. The couscous must absorb the water completely.
Cut the top of the peppers, remove the seeds, sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil and place in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees to bake until semi-finished.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, finely chop the garlic, grate the yellow cheese and chop the green spices finely.
Fry the mushrooms together with the garlic in olive oil for about 7-10 minutes, finally add a pinch of paprika.
Mix the mushrooms with the couscous, green spices, season with salt and ground black pepper.
Fill the peppers with the resulting aromatic combination, sprinkle them with grated yellow cheese and return to the oven for 20 minutes. The peppers should soften and the yellow cheese should melt.
Serve the dish hot.
