Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of mini red peppers
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • a few stalks of fresh onions

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 5 grams of dry yeast
  • salt and sugar 1 teaspoon
  • 200 milliliters of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 whipped protein

 

Method of preparation:

 

 

First prepare the dough. To do this, put the flour in a bowl and add the sugar, salt and yeast. Stir with your hands and add the water mixed with olive oil. Knead the dough and wait for it to rise. Then divide it into equal parts and roll out the crust.
