Required products :
150 grams of cheese
1 egg
30 grams of butter
3 red peppers for filling a
pinch of ground red pepper
Method of preparation :
Wash the peppers and cut the top with the tail (but do not cut completely), clean the seeds.
Mix the cheese with the egg and red pepper in a suitable bowl, mash.
Fill the peppers with the resulting combination.
Fry them in hot oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Then transfer to a baking dish and place in the oven at 190 degrees.
Let cook for about 25 minutes.
