Learn how to cook "Stuffed peppers with ham, mushrooms and mozzarella". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
4 stuffing peppers
1 carrot
1 leek stalk or 1-2 onions
2 tablespoons oil
200 grams mushrooms
300 grams ham
2 eggs
200 milliliters of cream (best to use one with a fat content of 10%)
140 grams of mozzarella
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation :
Wash and peel the carrots, cut them into small cubes, onion / leek into thin circles.
Fry the prepared vegetables in hot fat until golden.
Finely chop the mushrooms and ham, add them to the vegetables, stir and let cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Beat the eggs with the cream using a wire whisk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the vegetables and after a few minutes remove from the heat.
Wash the peppers, dry them and clean the tails, seeds and cut in half.
Fill each part with the prepared mixture and bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cut the mozzarella into circles and place one of them on each pepper. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
