Required products :
6 sweet peppers for stuffing
100 grams of lentils
200 grams of zucchini
1 onion
100 grams of carrots
garlic to taste
300 grams of tomatoes
salt and ground black pepper to taste
adjika sauce to taste
40-50 grams of chopped fresh parsley
Method of preparation :
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, finely chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrots and zucchini.
Boil the lentils until semi-finished. Then add the prepared vegetables, chopped fresh parsley and spices.
Fill the peppers with the resulting mixture, arrange them in a pan, pour a little water into the pan and bake in the oven until done.
If you prefer, you can stew using a hot plate.
