How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Minced Meat And Corn In Tomato Sauce And Yellow Cheese Crust - Recipe

Required products :

4-6 stuffing peppers
1 egg
1/2 bunch parsley
1 slice stale bread
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 onion
120-130 milliliters broth of choice
400 grams canned corn
500 grams minced meat mixture
100 grams yellow cheese optionally
2 feathers green onions
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour water over the slice of bread to soften it, then drain the liquid. Peel an old onion, cut it into small pieces and green onions into thin circles. Chop the parsley.
Wash the peppers, dry them, remove the stalks and clean the seeds.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Add the drained bread, chopped onion and egg to the minced meat, add spices to taste, corn kernels (excluding canned liquid), green onions and parsley. Knead everything. Fill the peppers with the resulting mixture.

Dissolve the tomato puree in the broth and pour into a deep baking dish. Then arrange the peppers in it and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese, if you prefer.
Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
