How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Minced Meat And Spinach In Puff Pastry - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed peppers with minced meat and spinach in puff pastry". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • 6-8 sweet stuffing peppers (slightly large)
  • 150 grams of minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese or other mature cheese
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • a little onion (to taste)
  • spices of your choice
  • 1 small egg

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the spinach leaves, stew them in oil for 5-6 minutes (under a lid).

Roast the peppers or blanch them in hot water. Peel them, remove the tails and seeds.

Add parmesan, minced meat, finely chopped onion, spices and egg to the spinach. Fill the peppers with this mixture.

Roll out the dough and cut out circles or squares (the number should be equal to the number of peppers).

Wrap each pepper in batter and carefully pinch its edges.

Arrange the peppers in a pan on a sheet of parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
