How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Minced Meat, Rice And Vegetables - Recipe

Determine the amount of products depending on the number of servings you want to receive and your taste preferences. You can replace the minced meat with mushrooms, lentils or buckwheat.

Method of preparation :

Wash and clean the peppers from the tails, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Mix the minced meat with pre-cooked rice, finely chopped onion, add spices to taste. Fill the peppers with the resulting mixture and arrange them in a greased pan.

Cut the peppers and tomatoes into large cubes, grate the carrots, chop the parsley. Mix the vegetables, add salt to taste and sprinkle with the stuffed peppers.

 

Then place a piece of yellow cheese on each pepper

 

and bake the dish in preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
