Method of preparation :
Cut the peppers into two pieces lengthwise and remove the seeds. Coat the inside with teriyaki sauce .
Cut the slice of bread into small cubes and dry in a pan without fat.
Mix the cheese, add the croutons and finely chopped olives.
Divide the stuffing into the halves of the peppers and put a strip of bacon on each.
Bake for 10 minutes.
