How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Pasta, Cheese And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of cooked pasta
  • 70 grams of unsalted butter
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 3 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon mix of dried Italian spices
  • 400 grams of cream cheese
  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • 6-7 red or green peppers
  • 2 tablespoons basil or parsley

 

Method of preparation:

 

Clean the peppers, wash them, dry them and set aside. Boil the pasta, drain and cool. Melt in a saucepan, heat the butter and fry the flour.

Dilute it with milk, add spices, salt, pepper, cream cheese and yellow cheese. Stir until thickened and add the paste.

Fill the peppers with the stuffing, arrange them in an oiled pan and bake at 200 degrees until golden. Divide portions and serve the dish warm, garnished with chopped fresh basil or parsley.
