Required products :
stuffing peppers
1 part mushrooms
1 part through
1.5 parts long grain rice
1/2 part chopped parsley
1 part grated carrots
tomato paste
oil
Hot water
sweet red pepper
ground black pepper

Method of preparation :
Cut the mushrooms and fry them briefly on high heat, add the rice, reduce the temperature and fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Put leeks, cut into circles, leave the mixture on the stove for another 5 minutes. Pour the hot water (almost to cover the filling), close the container tightly with a lid and let everything simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. When removed from the heat, add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the cleaned and prepared peppers with the resulting filling.
Pour the tomato puree into a suitable deep bowl, add the grated carrots and arrange the peppers in this sauce. Fill with water and mix very carefully to obtain a homogeneous liquid from the water and the carrot puree. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for about half an hour.
