Method of preparation:
Cut the lids of the peppers and clean them. In a pan, heat the fat and fry the onion, finely chopped. Add the rice, turmeric and chopped spinach. Add 1/2 teaspoon of water or broth, mint, salt and pepper to taste.
Stew the mixture until the rice is semi-cooked and cool. Fill the peppers, beat an egg in each, sprinkle with paprika, poppy seeds and sunflower seeds.
Arrange the peppers in a tray lined with parchment paper and bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven until done. Cool, distribute portions, serve and enjoy eating.
