How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Tomato Paste, Mushrooms And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed peppers with tomato paste, mushrooms and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • a pinch of savory
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, cut the peppers in half, clean and set aside. Heat oil and fry pre-chopped onions. Add the mushrooms, tomato paste, basil, oregano and savory.

Season with salt, pepper and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Cool, fill the peppers with it and arrange them in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until done. Distribute portions, serve and enjoy. Optionally, garnish with a sauce of your choice.
