How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Yellow Cheese In Fluffy Breading - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed peppers with yellow cheese in fluffy breading". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of potatoes, peeled and cut
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 green peppers for stuffing
  • pepper
  • 220 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Put the tomatoes, onions, garlic and hot peppers in a pan and bake for 7 minutes on high heat. Blend the vegetables to make a puree. Add salt to taste and lime juice.

Put the puree in a small saucepan and keep warm on a low heat.

Prepare the peppers for breading. You need to remove their seeds without cutting the tails. How is this supposed to happen?

Cut the lid of the pepper in half so that you are sure that you have cut the base of the seeds, but you should not cut the pepper completely. Make another short incision lengthwise and remove the seeds without tearing the pepper - help yourself with a knife or small spoon.

Roast the peppers to peel them. It will be easiest for you to use a gas stove and roast directly on the fire. If you do not have such an opportunity, bake them in a pan.

Carefully remove the scalded skin of the peppers. Dissolve them, salt and fill them tightly with grated yellow cheese.

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites in the snow and mix the yolks well with a wire. Carefully combine, stirring with a spatula, so as not to lose the fluff of the eggs.

Heat a frying pan with fat. Put two spoons of eggs in the pan and immediately put a pepper on top. Add more eggs to the pepper to cover it tightly. Carefully turn and fry until done.

Prepare all the peppers in the same way.

Serve on tomato sauce.
