How To Cook Stuffed Pie With Minced Meat, Mushrooms And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 9 grams of dry yeast
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt

 

for the stuffing

 

  • olive oil for frying
  • 300 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 150 grams of chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 50 grams of melted cheese
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • salt and pepper for flavoring

 

Method of preparation:


Sift the flour into a bowl, add the dry yeast. In another bowl, mix the olive oil, milk, salt and sugar. Combine the products and make a dough. Leave to rise, roll out the crusts and cut triangles of equal size.

Prepare a tray, line it with baking paper and arrange the dough pieces next to each other so that the wide sides of the figures overlap. In a pan heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, fry onions, minced meat and mushrooms.

Season with chopped garlic cloves, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir and add the melted cheese. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes and cool. Spread it on the dough, sprinkle with yellow cheese, wrap and push the edges of the triangles.

Wait for it to double in volume again and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. When ready, wrap it with a damp cloth. Cool, slice and serve the pie garnished with fresh vegetables.
