Necessary products:

  1. 4 large potatoes
  2. ham (smoked)
  3. 100 grams of yellow cheese
  4. 1 large fresh tomato
  5. 50 grams of mayonnaise
  6. ground black pepper
  7. left
  8. parsley
  9. dill

Method of preparation:

Wash and boil the potatoes, but not until fully cooked, in salted water without peeling them. Do not overcook them, as they will disintegrate when filled. Drain the water, peel and cut lengthwise. Using a spoon, carve the inside to make "boats".

Finely chop the parsley and dill, cut the ham and tomatoes into small cubes and grate the yellow cheese. Mix all the products, without the yellow cheese and fill the "boats" with the obtained stuffing. Sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven (or less).

The dish is ready.
