Punch the potatoes with a fork, heat them in the microwave for 5 minutes, turn them over and heat them for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, put 3/4 cup of milk in the pan and bring to a boil. Mix the flour with the remaining milk and pour it over the hot milk. Stir and cook until you get the consistency of a sauce. Add the cheddar to the sauce, keeping 2 tablespoons of it. When combined with the milk sauce, add the broccoli and spices.
Cut the potatoes in half. Mash the inside of the potatoes with a fork to make a crumbly and fluffy mixture. Put the potatoes in a pan and on top of each put the broccoli sauce.
Sprinkle with the remaining potatoes and bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
