How To Cook Stuffed Potatoes With Broccoli And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 60 grams of cream cheese, softened
  • 170 grams of broccoli, cut into rosettes and stewed
  • 1 teaspoon grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 stalk of green onion, finely chopped
  • 8 slices of bacon, cut into cubes and baked

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and cover the pan with parchment paper.
  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pierce the entire surface with a fork.
  • Coat their crust with olive oil and bake for 50-60 minutes or until soft.
  • Cut them lengthwise in half and carefully carve the inside. Transfer to a medium bowl.
  • Add the sour cream and cream cheese and mash with a fork.
  • Add the stewed broccoli, 1/2 of the cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon. Stir well.
  • Spread the mixture in the potato boats and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve the stuffed potatoes warm and enjoy.
