Wash the potatoes and cook until semi-cooked (about 10 minutes) whole and unpeeled. Drain the water and cool. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, chop the parsley, mash the garlic with a press. Mix all products and mash well with a fork. Make a cross-cut on one wide side of the cooled potatoes (approximately mid-potato depth), take in your hand and lightly squeeze the vegetables to dissolve the cut (you can use your fingers) and make a dent.
Prepare squares of foil, place the potatoes on them, put 1 teaspoon of the resulting filling in the cuts.
Wrap the foil, forming a "bag with a handle" (the handle will help you more easily grasp the dish).
Bake the potatoes prepared in this way in the oven at 180 - 200 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes.
