Required products :

400 grams of cheddar cheese
350 grams of cream cheese
6 large potatoes
6 tablespoons sour cream
connection green onions
12 strips of bacon

 

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to "Grill" mode at 200 degrees.

Wash the whole potatoes, dry them and pierce them in several places with a knife.

 

Wrap each in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, make the filling by mixing in a suitable bowl the finely chopped green onions with 300 grams of grated cheddar cheese and cream cheese.

 

Remove the potatoes, remove the foil and allow to cool slightly. Then cut off both ends and use a spoon to carve the inside, being careful not to damage the walls and bottom.

 

Fill the potatoes with the prepared stuffing and wrap with two strips of bacon each. Secure with toothpicks.

 

Bake the appetizer in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 30 minutes.

When you remove the potatoes, sprinkle them with the remaining grated cheddar cheese and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.

 

Then garnish with sour cream, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
