Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes without peeling, then let them cool and cut in half lengthwise.
Using a teaspoon, carve out part of the inside, you will get cute "bowls".
Make the filling by mixing the chopped heads of old onions and mushrooms, season with ground black pepper and salt and fry in 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the flour, the inside of the potatoes you carved, the chopped fresh parsley and finally the sour cream.
Fill the potato bowls with this combination, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake in the oven until the coating melts and acquires a golden hue.
The result is a wonderful appetizer, which you can also serve as a main course or as a side dish to meat dishes.
