Required products :
potato
eggs
ham
yellow cheese
butter
green onions or other green spices
Preparation :
Boil the potatoes whole and without peeling. Then form "boats", carving as shown in the photos. Fill them with finely chopped ham, grated cheese and put a piece of butter.
Then beat one egg in each potato, season with salt and ground black pepper.
"Close" the potato dishes with a thin piece of ham and yellow cheese (or cut them into small pieces).
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until the desired readiness of the egg.
Sprinkle, sprinkle with chopped green onions, parsley or other favorite green spice.
