Learn how to cook "Stuffed potatoes with minced chicken in mushroom sauce". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
6 potatoes
350 g minced chicken
350 g frozen mushrooms
250 g cream
1 onion
1 clove garlic
3 tsp chicken broth
2 s. l. flour
spices - optional
herbs - optional
oil
Method of preparation:
Cut the inside of the potatoes so that you can fill them. Season the raw minced meat with black pepper, garlic, salt and fill the prepared potatoes with it. Then fry them a little in oil until a light golden crust forms and arrange in a pan.
Make the sauce:
Fry the mushrooms in oil until the liquid evaporates, add finely chopped onions and fry until golden. Add the flour, pour the broth, add salt, cream. Bring the sauce to a boil and pour it over the potatoes. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour in the oven. Then remove the foil and leave until the potatoes are browned.
Serve sprinkled with chopped green onions.
