How To Cook Stuffed Potatoes With Minced Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 20 medium potatoes (approximately the same size)
  • 350 - 400 grams of minced meat of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 70 grams of butter
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 50 milliliters of water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • spices for minced meat to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut off the inside as shown in the photo. Arrange them with the hole facing up in a non-stick baking dish that you have greased with oil.

 

Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the egg, spices and salt to taste. Cut the onion into small cubes, pour it (you can use raw or pre-fry until transparent. Stir everything and fill the potatoes.

 

Melt the butter in a suitable bowl, pour the cream, stir and after the mixture has warmed up, remove from the heat (do not let it boil).

Pour the water and butter-cream combination into the pan. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes or until done.

 

If you wish, you can "close" each potato with a piece of yellow cheese and bake.

Serve the dish with cream and chopped parsley or other green spices.
