Learn how to cook "Stuffed potatoes with mushrooms, onions, cream and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 6 potatoes
  • 400 grams of mushrooms
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon flour
  • 250 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Fry the finely chopped mushrooms in butter. Let them simmer for about 3 minutes after removing their liquid.

Then add the chopped onion to them and let the mixture simmer for another 7 minutes.

Then pour the flour into the bowl, season with salt and pepper, stir.

Finally, pour the cream and leave the combination on the stove until it thickens.

During this time, wash the potatoes thoroughly (whole and without peeling), cut them lengthwise in half.

Carve the core using a spoon. The walls that form should be about a millimeter thick.

Grease a pan with oil and arrange the potato halves in it. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, add a little butter, then fill with a mixture of mushrooms, cream and onions.

Place the pan in the oven for 15 minutes (at about 200 degrees). Then remove, sprinkle with yellow cheese (grated) and return the potato boats to bake (another 15-20 minutes).

We advise you to pour the prepared dish with melted butter before serving.

Have a good time!
