How To Cook Stuffed Potatoes With Pepperoni And Mozzarella - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepperoni in circles
  • 400 ml canned tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes well and dry them, then pierce them with a fork. Grease them well and add plenty of salt.

Put them to bake directly on the oven rack for 1.5 hours at 200 degrees or until fully cooked.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and fry the finely chopped onion in it. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until browned. Add the pepperoni, tomato sauce, spice mix, salt and pepper.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and carefully cut off the lid with a sharp knife to make a hole. Chop the meat with a fork and put the mixture of pepperoni inside the potatoes. Sprinkle with mozzarella on top. Put in a pan and bake for 2-3 minutes until the mozzarella begins to melt.
