Required products :
8 potatoes
500 grams smoked fish fillet
1-2 onions
1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon butter
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes until semi-finished and without peeling them. Then cut a small part of the long side (lid) and with the help of a spoon carve the inside, which you mix with onions, fish and grind. Add the raw egg and beat everything lightly.
Fill the potatoes with the resulting minced meat, arrange them in a greased pan, pour the cream and bake for 3-5 minutes in a preheated oven (or use a microwave).
